Therapeutic groups are one way that we, at Chrysalis, keep true to our vision of providing opportunities for growth and increased well-being in the context of authentic relationships. Group therapy offers a cost-effective way to help people learn more about themselves while also learning from and with others. It offers an environment where people can collaborate on real life issues and offer relational support, encouragement and feedback. Our groups are offered at different times throughout the year and vary in pricing.
Rhythms and Rattles: a support group designed for caregivers and their infants (pregnancy to crawling). While welcoming a child can be joyful, parenting an infant can also be overwhelming, lonely, and exhausting. This 8 session group focuses on promoting bonding with your baby, while also finding relational support, learning parenting skills, and sharing parenting tips and tricks.
Day/Time: Tuesdays, 9-10:30 AM
Duration: 8 weeks

Professional Women’s Group: This therapeutic process group is designed specifically to meet the needs of women balancing the demands of life, work and home. The aim of this gathering is to help women feel encouraged, and to empathize, learn and grow. Women will have a chance to explore who they are, examine relational patterns, and learn from others in similar spaces and experiences.
Day/Time: Twice a month / 2 hr
Format: In person
Duration: Open group

Grief Support Group: Loss is a natural part of life. Sometimes, it seems like there is a right way to perceive/process grief and loss. There also appears to be a perceived “timeline” of what is “normal” or “allowed” in experiencing grief. However, grief comes in all shapes and forms, and tends to be a feeling that ebbs and flows depending on our current moment in life.
Whether you are newly grieving, have experienced many losses versus just one, or are feeling disconnected from your ability to grieve fully, this group is for you. We invite you to join us for an 8-week process group, where together we can feel, express, and begin to understand our losses, in a semi-structured led group. Contact Us to get started with a 15-20 minute introduction to our group leaders and to see if you would be a good fit for this group.
Day/Time: TBD / 1 ½ hr
Format: In person, weekly
Duration: 8 weeks
