15 Mar HIPAA Compliant Video Sessions Available to Current Patients During COVID-19
Chrysalis practitioners understand that the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 are unique and require flexibility and creative thinking. For now, your provider is available for regularly scheduled sessions in his or her office, unless you are personally notified to the contrary. If you have childcare concerns and are comfortable with the arrangement, you are welcome to bring your children to wait in the office during your session. If you are worried about leaving your home and/or have other constraints during this confusing time, please contact your provider to learn about their video and phone services, so that your treatment can remain uninterrupted.
While meeting by phone or video may not be the most preferred method of psychotherapy, it does allow for continued connection during this time. You might actually find that different mediums provide different experiences that can be beneficial in your therapy.

We have have a business associate agreement with our video service provider that ensures protection of your protected health information (PHI) and it is HIPAA-compliant.
